Play ANIU WORLD together

Two players, the whole game, from the first level. It is free, it runs in a browser tab, and neither of you needs an account.

On one screen

Open the game, choose Two players, and switch on Same screen. A second Aniu appears beside you in any level.

• Player one: W A S D to move, Space to jump, Shift to dash, E for the ability you learn later.
• Player two: the arrow keys (↑ jumps), J to dash, L for the later ability.
• Controllers work too: with one connected it is player two’s; with two, one each.

It suits a parent and a child on the sofa. Each of you has your own hearts, nobody is pulled along, and whoever falls comes back beside the other.

Online, with a link

Choose Two players, then Invite a friend, and send the link any way you like. Your friend opens it and lands in your level, each of you on your own screen. You can start playing while you wait, and there is nothing to install on either side.

Two phones in the same room work the same way: send the link from one to the other.

Good to know

• It works on computers, phones and tablets. On a phone or tablet, a second player on the same device needs a controller.
• Online, the story is told to both of you at the same time.
• When your friend is out of the picture, an arrow at the edge of your screen points to them.
• If one of you reloads the page, you come back into the same game.
